Let me introduce you.................

To my family. I realized I hadn't posted any pics of my girls. This picture was taken on my birthday, July 20th. Top row ~ left to right ~ Emily-7, Samantha-10, Gloria-13, My nephew Stephen-10, Rebecca-8 ; Bottom ~ Skylar-3 & Lexie-5.

These kiddos are my pride and joy!!!!

Just Playing Around!

So I was just playing around the other night when I made these two frames. Someone had given me a scrapbook paper kit a while back for one of my birthdays and I decided to go ahead and use it since I can't use it at a workshop being that it is not from Stampin' UP!. Anywhos............ I had found these frames at the $1 Spot at Target and they were 50% off ~ so 2/$1. So I altered them and used SU stamps on them. These will make a cute gift for one of my daughters friends.

My Covered Composition Book

So I was bored last night and finally had time and energy and a few creative brain waves!!!!! So after playing with my tuna can project I stayed on a roll. I decided to cover my book I take notes in at my Demonstrator meetings and what not! Plus I wanted to use up the rest of the really cool , but retired, DS paper. I used the Statement Of The Heart Stamp given to me by my Up - Up Line. I used the Crop A Dile to set Eyelets ~ oh so easily and quietly might I add~ and used my Chocolate Chip Grosgrain and tied knots through them.

I still think my cover needs something and I have just that "thing" in mind, but unfortunately I do not own the alphabet set that I want to use yet (either the Wild West or Type Set) so it will have to wait!!

My First Crop A Dile Project!

Okay , so here is the first thing I played with. I used my favorite new toy ~ my Crop A Dile ~ and punched holes all around this large tuna can. I used my Chocolate Chip grosgrain and Rose grosgrain ribbon to tie around the can. I used a retired set of SU DS paper, forgive me, I've had it so long I do not remember the name of it! But I took that and sticky strip and attached it around the can. I then used the other side of the SU DS paper and stamped "Thank You" from Warmest Regards. A 10 minute project that was super easy and fun! I plan on filling this tuna can with chocolates and setting it out at my workshops!

Coming Soon To A Blog Near You (Okay , Here!!)

I have gone Crop A Dily-Daly-Doo!!! Yes, Ladies (and gentlemen if that be the case), I am now the proud owner of a Crop A Dile!!! And I ran around the house like a mad woman all last night punching holes in tuna cans and my hubby's notepad and through magazines and the I started doing eyelets in anything that would be still long enough (the kids were too squirmy, but the dogs were very curious!!)
So be on the lookout for some cool new projects coming real soon!!

I absolutely LOVE this stamp set!!

Here is a card featuring Baroque Motifs and some of the new In Colors. We also made this one at our downline meeting. It was cased from Splitcoast Stampers but again we are not sure from whom it was cased! Sorry!

My First Blog Post!

Here is a card we made at our downline meeting this month using the new Zoofari set, Pallette O Prints and the new In Color Wild Wasabi! I know it was cased from Splitcoast Stampers but I'm afraid we don't know who from!
